You can use the simple form below to enter the amout you would like to pay, and you will be forwarded to your PayPal login. (Please note: You must have an active PayPal account in order to use this payment form.)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN THE PAYMENT FORM:

For reference, please include your last name and address in this format:
LAST NAME – ADDRESS
(Example: “Thiel – 4204 NW 145th St”)

For ‘Amount to pay’, simply enter the total payment amount you intend to send.
(Example: “40.00” or “100.00”)

When paying dues via this method, please note that PayPal takes a 4% processing fee from that amount.  
You may choose to pay a bit more to cover the cost of the fees, if you would like.
For instance, for the $35 recommended yearly dues – you might add $1.40 to cover the fees (total would be $36.40) – but that’s entirely optional.
